Refunds

We only offer refunds for faulty items. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges if you change your mind so please choose carefully.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item replacement within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

Please email: pippsqueakau@gmail.com with your refund claim. We will provide you instructions on how to return the item to us. We may request images of the faulty or damaged item be sent prior to issuing replied paid details.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or we will send you the replacement item.
